Mom is having a bit of a time coordinating the parties for them though. T's is to be this weekend, but he got himself into trouble at school by not doing his math homework & then lying about it - so the trip to Sports World is off. I think he will now just have a family party on Sunday so that Grandpa & his soon to be step-dad will both be able to be there.
Then he is to leave next weekend for a 3 week camping trip to AZ with his grandpa from the other side of the family. An aunt from that side wants to take his next younger sister to Seattle with her for the summer - details are still being worked out on that one. But that also means either C has her party while T is gone, but A can be here. Or she waits until T is back, but A is probably gone. Or the idea I suggested, which I think is being considered, is to wait until the end of the summer when A is back, then have the party.
In the middle there, their mom & soon to be step-dad are to get married. I have no idea if A goes, if she will be here for that - I haven't even asked yet!
In the meantime, I finished T's cake last night & so I don't have to worry about it while having A for the weekend starting tonight. I will pick her up shortly after work, take her & probably B out to dinner & then after we drop By off, we will head back to town & maybe have a bit of a slumber party before going to bed. Then we will see what she is wanting to do tomorrow. I am going to sit the kids down tonight to explain to them that we will need to try to be conservative for a few months or even a year until I know what the job situation is going to be. That may also have an effect on the choice she makes for tomorrow. Sunday we will get up & try to be over for the party about noon, I think. Then Sunday evening will be my own somewhat - D's days off are Sunday & Monday so it will depend on what his ideas also are.
